Located in the East Village of Copper Mountain Resort, Snowflake Condominiums consists of 38 condominiums and 6 commercial spaces at 104 Wheeler Place. Snowflake is located slopeside close to the 6 person Super Bee Chairlift and the Tubing Hill. The building is adjacent to Copper Station day lodge and the first tee of the Copper Creek Championship Golf Course. Units offer spectacular views of the ski mountain and the Ten Mile Range. The Association was incorporated on December 28, 1973 under the Colorado Non Profit Corporation Act and operates in accordance with the Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act (CCIOA). Carbonate Real Estate and Property Management Company, owned by Tom Malmgren, is located in the Summit House East building at the corner of Copper Road and Wheeler Circle and manages the Snowflake building through Tom and Resident Manager, Cody Taylor.
