Located in the East Village of Copper Mountain Resort

Snowflake condominiums consists of 38 condominiums and commercial spaces at the base of Copper Mountain's East Village, Super Bee Chairlift, and the Tubing Hill. The building is adjacent to Copper Station and overlooks the 9th green of the Copper Creek Championship Golf Course. During the summer, the Copper Creek Golf shop is located on the ground level of Snowflake. Units offer spectacular views of the ski mountain and Ten Mile Range.

The Association was incorporated on December 28, 1973 under the Colorado Non Profit Corporation Act.
